Cheltenham Artistic Swimming Club
The South West Aquatic Club of the Year 2023
Welcome to our Club
Cheltenham Artistic Swimming Club (CASC) is a newly independent club, formerly part of a multi-discipline swimming club. We are run by a team of dedicated volunteers, and have enjoyed more than 40 years of success teaching artistic swimming to children and adults across Gloucestershire and beyond.
What makes us special?
Inclusivity
Regardless of age, gender, or disability, the club passionately believes that everyone should have the opportunity to try artistic swimming. We aim for all swimmers to have a positive experience and give everyone the opportunity to perform in routines and events
Volunteer Engagement
Volunteers play a pivotal role in the club’s success. Opportunities are available for parents to contribute in various capacities such as committee members, judges, and poolside support
Training
We pride ourselves in providing tailored teaching methods for all our swimmers, from Academy to Masters, contributing to their positive experience and progression to enable all to reach their potential
Swimmer Testimonials
“It’s been really fun all the time, even if it has been difficult. Everyone is very inclusive, they always do things for me, whatever I need.”
Alana, 11, has cochlear implants. She wears them to hear both above and under water.
Alana, Swimmer
“It’s just nice to have something that’s a little bit niche, a little bit different – it’s really good fun. It’s brilliant because it helps having that fitness on the side and having that fun and that carefree atmosphere where I can be social with my friends. It’s really nice because I can just take a break from studying and I can really let loose”
